Refunds and Cancellations

Return Policy guarantees the quality of the products we offer. Please realize that these are handmade works of art so there may be minor variations in colour and dimensions. These are endemic to the crafting process. We ensure that one-off products like paintings are as accurate as possible. We also realize it is difficult, sometimes, to accurately judge a work of art from an image on a screen.

We want to assure our customers that while we do not want curiosity sales, we will allow you to return a work in its original condition for a refund of the amount paid by you, if it does not meet your expectations.


Please contact Art2India within seven days of receipt of the item, at [email protected] and specify the product code of the work to be returned. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs.

The refund or exchange is processed within 48 hours of our receiving back the item. The refund will be provided subject to receipt of the artwork in the original state.

Please buy with confidence that your work of art will meet or exceed your expectations.


Any order placed can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. We do not ship orders for 48 hours to allow for cancellations. Once the product has been shipped full refunds for cancellations will not be entertained.

In case of cancellation of order when the product was shipped and not received, additional charges may be deducted from the refund amount to recoup shipping costs.
